Quick goat cheese kidney bean wraps

I usually like to take my time preparing a good meal because I find it to be a very good way for me to relax. However, sometimes that isn’t possible, so a quick and healthy recipe like this comes in handy every now and again. This is very low cost and only takes 5-10 Minutes to prepare, so there really is no excuse to eat junk food.

Ingredients

  • Wraps, for example whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • Red Kidney Beans
  • Goat cheese
  • Various greens
    • Bell peppers
    • Tomatoes
    • Onions
  • Salad
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wet the tortilla wrap with some cold water and top with some slices of goat cheese. If you’re like me and like the cheese to be a little bit molten, put it in the microwave for a minute or two.

Add the kidney beans and your greens to the mix and season with salt and pepper.

Finally, add the salad and roll everything up into a nice wrap.
